Project Overview: Court Craft is proud to present a comprehensive project encompassing the refurbishment and cleaning of Ipswich Netball courts. The project is divided into two parts: Part A involves refurbishing courts 17-24, while Part B focuses on cleaning courts 1-16. This undertaking aims to enhance the safety, performance, and visual appeal of the netball courts, providing a top-notch playing experience for athletes and enthusiasts.

Part A: Netball Court Refurbishment – Courts 17-24

Project Details:

  • Number of Courts: 7 (Centre Only)
  • Total Approximate Area: 3,925 square metres

Scope of Works – Part A:

  1. Site Preparation: Establish the site and ensure access to the court area.
  2. Installation: Install safety security fencing, skip bin, storage container, and appropriate signage for a secure and organised workspace.
  3. Pressure Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the entire area, covering all eight courts.
  4. Repair: Address major cracks and seams on the courts to ensure a safe playing surface.
  5. Surface Installation: Supply and install the Plexipave Surfacing System in the selected standard colour, Medium Green.
  6. Court Marking: Apply white netball court line marking with precision.
  7. Site Cleanup: Disestablish the site, leaving the area tidy and ready for play.

Part B: Netball Court Cleaning – Courts 1-16

Project Details:

  • Number of Courts: 16
  • Total Approximate Area: 11,500 square meters

Scope of Works – Part B:

  1. Site Preparation: Establish the site and ensure access to the court area.
  2. Installation: Install safety security fencing and appropriate signage to maintain a safe environment.
  3. Pressure Cleaning: Thoroughly pressure clean the entire area, removing debris and restoring the courts to their best condition.
