For new build projects, Court Craft’s preference is to be contracted for the complete sporting infrastructure package including subbase construction, pavement construction, sports equipment and specialist sports surface as a minimum. The reason being that sporting infrastructure requires performance outcomes typically overlooked when one contractor is not in control of the interfacing structural and finishes elements.
